The Orot Israel College administration ran an accessibility workshop for its administrative staff with the aim of teaching acceptance for everyone; with all of their inherent disadvantages, spiritual suffering, physical imperfections and disabilities. The workshop aimed to teach sensitivity to special needs on an individual basis, enabling the physically challenged to interact with the general population with ease of access and on a more equal basis.
