Rav Itamar Ben Gal,,ה' יקום דמו , a graduate of Orot who studied at the Rehovot campus was killed by a terrorist at the entrance to Ariel. His parents, Rav Daniel and Shosha, received his diploma and told the new graduate teachers that through love of their students they can teach them love of Torah and Eretz Yisrael.
Rav Daniel’s Dvar Torah and words of thanks to the college staff in the name of Itamar, ה' יקום דמו, touched everyone who was present at the graduation ceremony.
