Meeting the unique needs of Students from the Ethiopian Community
Today there are many students from the Ethiopian community studying in Orot Israel College for teacher’s degrees in a variety of fields.
Students from the Ethiopian community require more economic assistance than other students because they lack a strong financial background. It most cases, their parents do not work and they cannot afford to help their children with their living expenses.
The burden of support and sustenance makes it difficult for both men and women to cope during their studies.
Orot Israel College provides sustenance stipends to assist these students with basic living expenses that will enable them to complete their studies without having to work full time. These funds are given directly to the students.
Join Orot Israel College by economically empowering students from the Ethiopian community thus enabling them to complete their studies without a financial burden and to successfully integrate into Israeli society.
