The donor should also send a note to Mr. Orrin Tilevitz so that he can register the donation and follow up with an acknowledgement if appropriate.
If the donor isn't wiring funds, if at all possible the check should be mechanically generated, not hand-written. In most cases the easiest way is for the donor to instruct his/her bank to write and send the check to American Friends of Orot Israel College. Hand-written checks are deposited via an app, and some of the time the app can't read the check and then the checks have to be mailed to the bank.
