Remembering October 7
On October 7, 2023, our world changed forever. We remember the lives so tragically taken, the families forever changed, the communities that endured unimaginable loss, and the courage of those who stood on the front lines to protect Am Yisrael.
Our Orot family has also been deeply affected. Our students, graduates, faculty, and their families have faced loss, served on the front lines, been called to reserve duty, and carried the weight of this war in deeply personal ways. We honor their courage, their resilience, and their continued commitment to building the future of Israel.
At Orot Israel College, we pause to remember each life and each story, and to honor their memory by continuing to strengthen the State of Israel through education, faith, resilience, and a deep commitment to our people and our homeland.
May the memories of those we lost be a blessing. May the wounded continue to heal, may the families who have suffered find strength and comfort, and may all those who remain in captivity return home safely.
We remember. We stand together. We continue to build.
